Helping people live in comfort and dignity
The Shrubbery is a small residential home in Wednesbury where everybody knows everybody. Residents have 24-hour care from a settled team who know them well.

The care we provide
Dementia & Alzheimer's care
Our dementia-trained staff help people living with dementia keep their quality of life for longer.
Mental health care
We care for older people with mental health difficulties, including those with complex needs, so they can live in comfort.
Mental health recovery
Support for residents recovering from mental health difficulties, with help from our experienced staff.
Palliative care
For residents living with a terminal illness, we provide palliative care alongside their GP and community health teams.
End of life care
For residents nearing the end of life, we make sure their care is as dignified and comfortable as possible, and we support their families.
All our care staff hold at least an NVQ Level 3 and are trained in dementia care. The Shrubbery is a care home without nursing. Residents' nursing needs are met by visiting community nurses.
