Mental health recovery
This care is designed to aid patients recovering from mental health difficulties, with our specialist staff assistance.
The eventual goal is to enable residents to move back into the community.
We provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals who are struggling with mental health problems. This can include a team of trained staff who can offer emotional support and guidance, as well as a community of residents who can provide a sense of belonging and social support.
We also facilitate access to mental health professionals, who can provide diagnosis and treatment, and help to organise appointments, and to supervise taking of medication. We also encourage participation in activities, which can help individuals with mental health problems to build a sense of purpose, self-esteem, and social connection. Our activities include exercise classes, art therapy, music therapy, and gardening, helping residents to feel a sense of accomplishment and enjoyment.
We also encourage residents to adopt healthy habits that can support mental health recovery, such as eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and avoiding drugs and alcohol.
